Some of my teeth were very stained and I couldn't believe how white they were when the dentist had finished polishing them! I was assigned Carmen Tanasoiu as my dentist. I cannot recommend Carmen enough. She took time to understand my fears, was thorough and explained all my options. Throughout she has supported me through every treatment. I really can’t thank her enough. I’m now at the stage where I just need regular check ups and feel assured that I’m under the best care with Carmen. My dentist and her assistant were like one, the communication between the two throughout the procedure left me in awe, all while keeping me reassured, and having a laugh at the days political shenanigans. Well, I say laugh, I had my mouth full of someone else's fingers...

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a private patient at this dentist for more than ten years and up to my last visit the standard had been exemplary. However, being quoted £1,800 for two crowns and £292 for a filling is sheer highway robbery. The hygienist who up to date had been excellent must have been having a bad day, on this visit he was exceedingly rough and painful to the point I had to stop him. I also found it condescending as a 70 year old for him to try and show me how to brush my teeth, I’ve done perfectly fine for 68 years with only the loss of one rear molar. I also pay for a dental plan monthly which costs just short of £50 per month. To be honest I left there yesterday not a happy customer and so am currently contacting other dentists in the area to see if they are taking private patients.
As for the two crowns, I have contacted an ex NHS dentist in Cyprus, where I can get them both done for much less and 10 days in the sun, all in for just over £2k.

In my experience, they have been very professional and very good.
They left me feeling confident I was getting the best advice, the treatment I needed and not being pressured into having anything I didn't want or need done.
The extraction I had as an emergency was as painless as it could have been and no major after-effects.
